My Story of Anxiety Attacks will Surprise You…and Reveal How After Three Years of Misery I Finally Found One Powerful Technique that Beat them Forever

If you are suffering with anxiety or panic attacks and are using or just thinking of using drugs or therapy to deal with them then I’m very happy that you’ve found my site. Not only will my story surprise you, it’ll almost certainly help you to discover how you could save your health, your money and just as importantly weeks or months of needless anxiety.

Here I reveal exactly why over the course of several months I gave up with Paxil, Lexapro and Effexer. Eventually I was even able to abandon my therapist because I finally found a way to get rid of my panic attacks for good with a unique program called Panic Away.

My name is Mandy Wright and like a lot of people my age I suffered with anxiety attacks and was desperate to find a cure.

My first frightening anxiety attack

My first attack was the most frightening thing that I had ever experienced. I was just getting ready to leave for work after a week off. Maybe it was the thought of going back to a very stressful situation in my job that triggered the attack but I still remember it clearly. At first I just felt uncomfortable but then my heart began to pound. Soon my chest became tight and suddenly I was fighting for breath. I felt hot and started to sweat. I was filled with a powerful feeling of dread and it seemed like I was losing touch with reality. Then I began to fear that I was having a heart attack. I made it to an easy chair and collapsed into it not knowing what to do. But gradually all the feelings subsided and everything started to feel normal again. That was the first of many anxiety attacks that I was to suffer over the next three years

It wasn’t only the actual panic attacks that I had to live with but the constant fearafter an anxiety attack of another one. I started to feel that I couldn’t control my life and sank into a depressed state of mind. It affected a lot of things which used to be normal like taking a holiday or simply getting together with friends. Even just driving the car became a risk because I was frightened that I might have an anxiety attack while I was waiting at lights or sitting in a queue and that I wouldn’t be able to drive.

Not so long ago I reached a point where I just had to do something about these panic attacks. I decided to find a solution once and for all to end the persistent fear of another anxiety attack and the awful feelings and physical sensations that I suffered when an attack happened.

I tried my Doctor

The first thing I did was to visit my doctor. We talked about my experiencesPaxil and what medical help was available. She diagnosed Anxiety Disorder, prescribed a course of medication and encouraged me to try Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I was uneasy when she started talking about anti-depressants and other drugs which I could become dependent on, asLexapro treatments for my condition. I reluctantly tried taking Paxil which made me feel nauseous but my doctor urged me to stay with it. I felt on edge all the time and couldn’t sleep properly. Just to make things worse I then found I was putting on weight. My doctor then put me on Lexapro but I got terrible headaches. After a matter of weeks I couldn’t stand it any more. My doctorEffexer then tried me with Effexer only that put my blood pressure up. By this point I was in therapy and desperately hoping that it would bring an end to the need for all these drugs. I needed a way to put a stop to these panic attacks not a lifetime of medication that I couldn’t afford.

I tried Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

When I started my first session in CBT, the therapist explained how he was going to guide me to understand what was triggering my attacks and to find ways to change the way I saw those situations so that I didn’t get anxious about them. He could also give me some coping techniques to help with my anxiety. I was to keep a workbook so that I could write down what was happening when I got anxious, when an attack came on and what thoughts I was having atCognitive Behavioral Therapy those times. It all seemed like this was finally going to help me for real.

I went for more weekly sessions still hoping that the therapist would be able to help me get rid of all my anxiety. The trouble was that I couldn’t seem to figure out what was causing my anxiety attacks and I was still in constant fear of the next one. Meantime I was just about coping and still taking the Effexer.

Eventually I found that powerful technique

I was looking on the internet and came across something called the Panic Away program by Joe Barry. I’m usually pretty sceptical about this sort of thing but reading about the program I began to think that it might just work for me. There are so many testimonials on the site that were obviously from real people. There is also an eight week money back guarantee which reassured me. I’d spent so much on drugs and therapy by then I thought I’d got nothing to lose so I downloaded the e-book. I am so glad that I did! Reading it I felt like Joe Barry knew just exactly what I had been going through for so long. He also describes a way to move out of the anxiety with something he calls the One Move.

The Panic Away program has been truly amazing and it has changed everythingend panic attacks for me. I used the techniques every day like the program says and I quickly noticed a real difference. It’s difficult to put into words but I suppose it was the realisation that I wasn’t running away from the fear anymore. Gradually I tried things on my own which before I had always needed support from someone. I drove the car a bit nervously at first but my confidence grew. Some time later I felt ready to take a plane. I just had the feeling of certainty that I was in control. I did all sorts of stuff on my own and each experience proved to me again and again that I had finally found a way to end the panic attacks I had suffered for so long. Now I’m certain that the old anxiety will never come back because I have gone beyond it. My life is back to normal now.

Here’s why I recommend it

I think the best thing about the Panic Away program is that I got to use it straight away and started to take back control of my life. It was important to use the techniques every day but that was nothing compared to suffering from anxiety attacks.

In my opinion the program is way more effective than any of the drugs and the therapy I tried. Obviously, everyone’s different but the program has worked incredibly well for me.

I’ve toldĀ  my story to give you hope because if I had known about Panic Away when I started to suffer with panic attacks it would have saved me from all that anxiety and of course it would have saved all that money I spent on drugs and therapy.

All best wishes

Mandy Wright

PS. The program worked for me like it did for so many others and I am absolutely confident that it can work for you too. Take a look HERE.
